So this week has been all about the Ballet and Tap show B Lloyd is in this weekend. She has been rehearsing non-stop since September, and if you follow my twitter feed, from mid January I have been teaching myself a new skill. Sewing.

Last weekend saw full stage rehearsal on Saturday and full dress rehearsal Sunday, with extra practice sessions this week on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evening, so to say we are living and breathing Broadway right now is an understatement!

With 5, yes FIVE, you did read that right, 5 costume changes, this is one busy little lady (and over stressed, costume making, Mummy Lloyd!) But we are almost there, Curtain Up is 19.30 this evening….as they say in show business Break A Leg*

This is therefore just a sneak peak of B Lloyd’s Cats costume.

*Oh dear me, please no, touching wood*

As a side note, I was delighted to see this week that I have been nominated in the MADs Awards in 3 different categories – I was amazed that one of those categories was Photography, as a total beginner at photography I am thrilled!
